Grief &
Loss
Grief is not a problem to be solved. It is love with nowhere to go — and it deserves a space that honors that.
What It Is
Understanding
grief & loss
Grief extends far beyond the death of a loved one. It includes the loss of a relationship, a job, an identity, a version of yourself, or a future you had planned. Disenfranchised grief — grief that others don’t acknowledge or validate — can be especially isolating.
There is no timeline for grief. What matters is having the support to move through it rather than around it, and the tools to carry the loss in a way that doesn’t consume your entire life.
June’s Approach
Advanced dual-certified
grief care
June is completing her Advanced Dual Certification in both Trauma and Grief, bringing specialized training to one of the most undertreated areas of mental health. Her approach draws on the dual process model of grief, meaning-making frameworks, and continuing bonds theory — all of which recognize grief as an ongoing, individualized process rather than a set of stages to complete.
This is not about moving on. It is about moving forward, with your loss as a part of who you are.

Grief therapy that
honors your process
Creating space
The first sessions establish safety and allow you to speak openly about your loss without judgment, agenda, or a timeline.
Understanding your grief
June helps you understand your specific grief response and what factors may be complicating the natural grieving process.
Working with the loss
Using evidence-based frameworks, sessions help you find meaning, address guilt and anger, and develop a relationship with the loss that allows you to live alongside it.
